| So Sammy called me on Saturday because he was bored in Saskatchewan...and wanted me to come visit him. Since i didn't have any plans for the long weekend I thought 'hey, why not...it'll be fun.' It was great just chillin with him again and catching up.
The ride home was not so nice. I had only gotten 10 minutes out of Kerrobert (town where Sammy is) when I got into a little...er...big wreak. To make a long story short, I looked down at the map, car drifted right into the shoulder, clipped the edge of the road, car started fish-tailing, went into the ditch and rolled 2 1/2 times. Luckily nothing in the car hit me and glass that shattered didn't cut me at all. I managed to walk away without a scratch. Praise God!

| Well, as most of you know, my sister's special friend is visiting us from T.O. I hope he's having a good time....although he hasn't really had time to see E-town just yet. haha..and he has to go up to Slave Lake for a few days too.....poor guy. Anyways, here are a few pics of our ski trip down to Banff.

Even though i was sick...and the trip didn't help...it was well worth it. Haven't gone to banff for almost 3 years...cuz my friends left me and moved to T.O. hehe

| Time for an update I guess...
The past couple of weeks have been good....it's been nice getting back to work. The great thing is I get to develop my role the way I see fit...and there's no performance charting for my first year. I guess I should work on a business plan and submit it while I have the luxury of not having to produce and so I know how I will run my business.
On the spiritual side, our church just had a leadership retreat on the weekend to discuss everything from the roles and responsibilities of a leader to the direction of our ministry. Lots of changes are happening to the EM this year, I'm excited to see where God's taking our ministry.
And I do have to say, I miss the food in Toronto. We spent 30 mins trying to decide where to go eat after church and all I could think of was the food in T.O.....Edmonton korean restaurants just don't cut it anymore....

Anyways...to everyone in T.O. that made my stay a blast, a huge thank you. I can't believe it....i actually miss T.O. and it's only been a day.....not a good sign. : P
